Our Ask
Simple. Fair. Flexible.

We are asking for a small slice of unused weekend parking. Here is exactly what the arrangement looks like.

Monthly Lease

$500-$1K

Flat monthly fee. No revenue sharing. Paid reliably every month.

Term Length

3 Years

Long-term commitment. Stability for both parties from day one.

Operating Days

Fri-Sun

Fri 3-7pm and Sat-Sun 1-7pm only. Your lot is free all other times.

Space Needed

3 Spots

Approximately 3 standard parking spaces. Minimal footprint.

Insurance: Cali Snow Club will carry full commercial general liability insurance (minimum $1M coverage) naming your organization as an additional insured party. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided upon request.
